Helloooooo and welcome to The Miiiidas Touches (Season 2)
Yes, that’s right - The Midas Touches is back for a second season which promises to be bigger and better than the last so make sure you stay tuned as the next level of horse racing content is fired your way!
Season 2 kicks off with a preview of the racing from Cheltenham, Nass and Lingfield as well as a look back at a great weekend of racing over in America at the Breeders Cup. Also, what better way to start than to cover Charlie’s specialty race, a 2m4f handicap chase… he tipped Midnight Shadow in this last year at 12/1 and looks to have a similar one lined up this time.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!
The Midas Touches is officially 1Yrs old today – the podcast has undoubtedly come a long way in that time and, for this landmark episode, the lads take a look back at what has been a memorable year.
Those looking for red hot tips, however, should not fear as Tris and Charlie still make some time to preview the key action from this weekend in the form of the Vertem Futurity at Doncaster.

When you say Paris, some people think of croissants or the Eiffel Tower, but all The Midas Touches think of is the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at Paris Longchamp racecourse and it’s clearly not just us who think that way as Arc weekend reportedly has some of our listeners ‘salivating’ - we can see why…
Listen this week as Tris and Charlie take you through the saliva-inducing racing at Paris Longchamp on Sunday including the feature itself. They also preview the Group 1 Sun Chariot in Newmarket on the Saturday. The episode also includes a special cameo from the podcast’s resident French racing expert, Guillaume Heard, who has a strong NAP for you all.

Ever wondered what it’s like to own a race horse? Well wonder no more as the lads talk to Clare Alexander of the British Racing Club in this episode to find out what being a racehorse owner is like in the BRC syndicate. They have some hugely exciting horses in training this year and definitely some ones to watch out for so be sure to listen in.
In the first part, the boys are also back to previewing the racing and, with Royal Ascot now comfortably in the rear view mirror, they look ahead to the action from Sandown and Haydock this weekend including the competitive-looking Coral Eclipse.
